So.. What does a Judge Really Think?
We are very excited to announce that Judge Robert Wooldridge will once again be giving us a "judge's perspective" in Feb. He'll be joined by attorneys Dick Colten and Jennifer Joffee in panel format. It's a lively interaction as each presents their own views (often differing) on the divorce process. Susan Folwell, a therapist & consultant, well-known for her expertise in high conflict divorce will also join us. This is a month not to be missed!

                                  Meet the Legal Panel
Judge Robert Wooldridge served over 16 years on the bench in the Fairfax Circuit Court until his retirement in Aug 2008. He then  joined the prestigious McCammon Group which specializes in mediation, arbitration and more. Judge Wooldridge is also a  professor at GMU Law School.

Richard J. Colten, recognized as one of our areas top ten divorce attorneys has been described in the Washingtonian as:
"Dick Colten has that combination of compassion and grit that makes for a great divorce lawyer. A sailor in his off-time, Colten can steer a client skillfully over rough seas. He isn’t afraid to negotiate a settlement and won’t build up his fees with needless motions, but he can mix it up with the bombers. He is a steady hand at the helm."

Jennifer S. Joffe will cover the legal aspects for us. Jennifer has appeared on our popular Judge and Attorney Panel each February. She specializes in complex family law counseling and litigation. In addition to a law degree, Jennifer also holds a Master of Social Work and she is a Board Member of the Temporary Emergency Residential Resource Institute for Families in Crisis, Inc. (TERRIFIC, INC.) In Washington, D.C.
